Rebate for buying a Built Green™ BC Gold label home
A 10% premium refund and elimination of the extended
amortization surcharge may be available when CMHC-insured financing is
used to purchase a Built Green™ BC Gold label home with little to no
down payment. For example, this amounts to $550 in savings for a
$200,000 mortgage with a 5% down payment and an additional saving of
$1,200 if that mortgage is amortized over 40 years.
