The Canadian Home Builders’ Association of British Columbia is the voice of the residential construction industry in B.C. The association is dedicated to fostering a housing environment in which the industry operates effectively and professionally while maintaining affordability and profitability. CHBA BC is also dedicated to solving the critical skills shortage in the residential building industry through its Strategic Skills Plan.
CHBA BC is a voluntary membership made up of building professionals who are committed to the industry excellence. Through the association, members have access to technical information as well as specialized education and training courses. CHBA BC also promotes a members’ code of ethics that calls for high standards in customer relations and business practices.
